To implement the concept On-line monitoring of the actual operational load on the basis of control and measurement systems based on the control systems of National Instruments PXI and Compact RIO for measurement systems that allow measurements, deformations and vibration acceleration over a wide range of static, dynamic loads of operating temperatures up to 400 °C. In this case, monitoring is carried out in real time for up to 1 year with preliminary mathematical processing and transmission of experimental data via the Internet. With the help of the access control system, it is easy to isolate and obtain the necessary information on operational damage and the preparation of actual data for the numerical modelling of operational loading. Lately, significant positive experience has been accumulated in solving complex tasks for loading equipment and pipelines "on a turn-key basis" for information-measuring systems operating under severe temperature conditions.
